Terms and Conditions
Scope of Coaching Services: Lessons Learned Coaching LLC provides coaching services designed to support slients in personal development, leadership growth, strategic planning, and related areas. Coaching is a collaborative process, not therapy, counseling, or consulting, and does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Coach commits to offering professional, ethical guidance tailored to the Client’s goals.
Client Responsibilities: •Commit to active participation in coaching sessions and follow-through on mutually agreed-upon action steps. •Maintain honesty and openness in all communications with the Coach. •Acknowledge that progress depends on the Client’s own efforts, decisions, and engagement.
Confidentiality: All information shared in coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential except: a)When the Coach is required by law to disclose information, b)When disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, c)When Client provides written consent for release. The Coach may anonymously reference general themes for professional supervision or training purposes, safeguarding Client identity.
Session Scheduling & Cancellations: •Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. •A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. •Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be forfeited or billed, except in cases of emergency at the Coach’s discretion.
Payment Terms Coaching services are billed at flat hourly rates based on session type. Sessions are invoiced in one-hour increments, regardless of actual session length. Invoices are generated through Stripe and emailed directly to the client. Payment is due upon receipt. No late fees are assessed; however, coaching appointments can only be held for clients who are current on all outstanding invoices. Organizational and corporate engagements follow the same flat-rate structure unless otherwise specified in a negotiated service agreement outlining scope, rates, and payment procedures.
Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided by Lessons Learned Coaching LLC remain the intellectual property of the Coach and are for Client’s personal use only. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without express written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability: The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Coaching is a supportive, growth-oriented process; ultimate responsibility for action and results rests with the Client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessons Learned Coaching LLC’s liability for any claims arising under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services rendered.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with Georgia law.
