Meet Drew Campbell
Throughout my career in public service—serving as a Chief of Police, Interim City Manager, and organizational leader—I’ve learned that real leadership is built in the everyday moments when no one is watching. It’s in the conversations, decisions, and habits that shape team culture far more than policies or rank.
With a foundation in Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Sociology, I bring a deep understanding of how human behavior, culture, and systems intersect in the workplace. Combined with practical financial acumen and a proven track record of building high-performing teams from the ground up, I know what it takes to lead organizations through complex challenges and towards sustainable success.
At Lessons Learned Coaching, my mission is simple: to help leaders at every level build teams that function with clarity, ownership, and resilience.
